Question:
Bad Credit, Good Income, Need Unsecured Personal Loan?
I have horrible credit that includes a bankruptcy a couple of years ago.
I was recently living in Orange County, CA, and I managed to rack up almost $4k
on my corporate credit card that I was unable to pay (living in an area I couldn’t
afford/living outside of my means). I have since relocated with my company to the Portland,
OR area (less than 1/2 the price of “The OC” and making the same salary), and I HAVE to pay
off my corporate AmEx within the next couple of months or risk losing my job (I am currently
on probation because of this). I have tried prosper.com, but my credit score is apparently less
than 520. I have minimal bills now (no other credit cards - the AmEx is cancelled) and am looking
for a 2 year repayment plan. Can anyone help me??? I just had a bad couple of years (split from hubby,
became a complete wreck), but am now back to my professional job with good salary and have been for
almost a year.
Answer:
There are plenty of places that offer loans for people with bad credit with no-hassle applications and easy requirements.
Some of these lenders even offer 1 minute approvals, and have both secured and unsecured loans, depending on your need and situation. Check the page listed below, it has information and bad credit lenders listed off and on.

The first time I applied for a credit card, it was denied.
The reasons given included insufficient credit history, which was true.
The best way to repair bad credit is to get out of debt first.
Once out of debt it’s a lot easier to pay bills on time.
Paying bills on time is a good way to start getting good credit.
Even some payday loans can help estabilish good credit.
